Hello- this is Ritesh Bandari. I'm here to listen & understand students goal, passion & guide them accordingly. The reason I chose this role is because I was a student myself 4 years back, I've started as a finance analyst in a back office and today I'm the vice president marketing & client relations at a reputed company. The journey wasn't easy but was not impossible as well. However, if you choose someone else as your mentor, there is a very small piece of advice I want to give to whoever is reading this "Marks are not equal to passion".
