Hi Aishwarya,
Switching a career, because if you decide to venture into a completely different with sector you have start from the scratch, you will be considered as a fresher.
It is rather advisable to switch to different field of job in the same sector. HR is a vast field which consists of different job options such as-
HR Recruiter
HR Generalist
Payroll manager
Training and development officer etc.
But to know whether to continue in the same sector or move into a new sector, which among the two is most suitable for you.
Take our career assessment test, where a particular job title E.g- Brand manager, Industrial Relations Officer will be shortlisted from a list of 2500 job titles.
