In science the 2 major streams are Engineering and Medical. Engineering can be divided into streams : Computers, Mechanical, Chemical, Architecture, etc. Engineering Admissions require JEE entrance exam except for architecture/planning and design which requires NATA.
Medical (NEET entrance exam for admission in MBBS, BDS, Veterinary), but studying medical could be expensive and require patience due to the long duration of studies. If you are good in Maths, in Commerce you can choose CA could be a good option and BBA or BMS with a Finance in MBA later.

Choosing maths after 10th is always a good option even if you choose commerce or arts. It opens your options in many degrees after 12th like Bachelor in Computer application, Hotel management, etc. Another option could be giving exams for the subjects PCB again from open university to be eligible, which are conducted quarterly.
