I want to become a vet at agee 33

Hi 

 

I have completed my graduation in arts long years back. Now i want to become a vet and want to take admission in 11th in science stream. 

I had raised this query on quora and somone told me that it is possible. I have to do 12th with physic, chemistry, biology and english.

Howevr, i am not sure which colleg i have to go for. I have completed graduaton in bhavans collge andheri. 

Now which open university wil allow me to do this. Also, is there any upper age bracket limit for NEET and becoming a vet.
